Use getdesign with Cursor

Install the skill

Section titled “Install the skill”

In Cursor’s chat, run:

Terminal window
skills add MohtashamMurshid/getdesign

Cursor will download the SKILL.md and register it as an available capability.

Ask your agent

Section titled “Ask your agent”

Use the getdesign skill on https://vercel.com and save the result to vercel.design.md.

The agent navigates with Cursor’s built-in browser tools, extracts tokens, and writes the Markdown to your workspace.

Tips

Section titled “Tips”
  • Pin the target site’s URL in the prompt so the agent does not re-navigate.
  • Ask for a subset (“palette only”) if you do not need the full nine sections.
  • Commit the generated design.md alongside your theme file so diffs show style drift over time.
